Confidentiality and security.

We restrict access to personal information about you to those employees who need to have that information to provide mortgage loan products to you. We maintain strict policies and security controls to assure that the information we obtain about you in our computer systems and files is protected. No one except our employees has access to the CU Home Loan Center computer systems and files. Our employees respect your privacy and are trained on their roles in protecting this personal information. The Credit Union Home Loan Center has established internal security controls, including physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information that you provide us and the information we collect about you. We will continue to review our internal security controls to support our commitment to you.

Information we may collect.

When you apply for a residential home loan in writing, on the phone, by e-mail and at our Web site, we may collect relevant information about you, including information you give us on applications, questionnaires or other forms. The information we collect may vary depending on the type of residential home loan that you have requested, but generally includes: names, addresses, social security numbers and personal financial information. We may also collect information from consumer credit reporting agencies, such as credit bureaus, in order to evaluate your eligibility for credit.

Information we may share.

In order for us to provide you with the best brokered residential mortgage loan products and services, we may have to share your credit report and application information with a Business Partner. This might be necessary for the business partner to provide their services or evaluate your residential mortgage loan application. We do not share your information beyond what is necessary to provide you with the best loan products. We do not sell or share your personal financial information with any marketers. All of the Credit Union Home Loan Center business partners are carefully selected third party mortgage lenders, secondary market investors and second mortgage providers. We may share your personal financial information in response to a lawful request issued by a court, government agency, or regulatory authority. Information we may have about former customers is generally disclosed only as necessary to enforce or administer an account or as required by law.

Online Privacy Protection.

At our website you may apply for a home loan with. To protect the information you provide us online, we use multiple levels of security. The application information we accept online relies on industry standard "Secure Sockets Layer" and 128 bit encryption to secure your application information and communication.
